&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="font-size: 13px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;૧. દરરોજ  ૧૦ થી ૩૦ મિનિટ ચાલવા જઈએ અને હા, ચાલતી વખતે ચહેરા પર હળવું સ્મિત હોય તો  ઉત્તમ!&lt;br /&gt;Walk for ten to thirty minutes everyday and yes keep smiling while  walking..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;૨ . દરરોજ ઓછામાં ઓછી ૧૦-30  મિનિટ માટે એકાંતમાં બેસીએ.&lt;br /&gt;Sit on  your own for ten to thirty minutes everyday.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div style="font-size: 13px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;૩..  દરરોજ ૭ કલાક ઊંઘીએ.&lt;br /&gt;Sleep seven hours everyday.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div style="font-size: 13px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;૧૨.  દરરોજ ઓછામાં ઓછા ત્રણ વ્યક્તિના ચહેરા પર સ્મિત લાવી આપીએ.&lt;br /&gt;Bring smile to three  people everyday&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div style="font-size: 13px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;૧૩.  ચર્ચા/નિંદા/કુથલીમાં સમય ન બગાડીએ.&lt;br /&gt;Don't waste  time for undue discussion and criticism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div style="font-size: 13px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;૧૪.  ભૂતકાળ ભૂલી જઈએ.(પણ કોઈના લેણા યાદ રાખીને)..ખાસ કરીને પતિ/પત્નીની ભૂલો. વર્તમાનકાળનો આનંદ લઈએ.&lt;br /&gt;Forget the  past specially the husband / wife mistakes and enjoy the present&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
